Manny Pacquiao, who is at present the Pound-for-Pound champion and Fighter of this decade is on the verge of a fight with manuel marquez on 12 November 2011, at MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Márquez signed the deal to fight Pacquiao for the third time on November 12 at Las Vegas.
